The key to sustainable bliss is not ignoring or pushing away grief, trauma and pain. Quite the opposite. It's imperative to move through and process all dense and heavy emotions so you can release, revitalize and heal.

Freedom to Love

I have gone through dozens of hells in my life and am still sitting here to talk about it.
My alcoholic bottom was easily the most intense hell on earth I’ve ever experienced. But it certainly hasn’t been the only one. I’ve been stalked, homeless, jobless, friendless, and suffocated under the weight of depression. I’ve been broken on the rack with grief, eaten to the bone by fear.
